Penny Street, Blackburn- Partial Closure Sunday 17th August

Due to a local event taking place on Sunday 17th August, Penny Street will need to close from 12 noon to approximately 4pm to allow the event to proceed safely. All bus services will still be able to access the bus station from the top section of Penny Street via Barbara Castle Way. This may result is minor delays to some services while the event is taking place.
