In order for the envent to take place, we need to close Darwen Bus Station. The bus station will close after the last bus on Saturday night (23rd May) and will remain closed until approximately 6am on Tuesday 26th May.
All southbound services, Bolton, Darwen Cemetery and National Express services to Bolton, Manchester and beyond will all use a temporary stop outside Boots the Chemist on Market Street. See diagram below...
All services northbound,Ewood, Blackburn and beyond will operate as normal using the bus stop outside the old Ethel Austins shop.
The event also necessitates the closure of Railway Road so please follow local diversions during the event.

if travelling by train from the Manchester area, please be aware that there are some rail replacement buses in operation.
